The XQV vacuum intelligent grouting equipment is an intelligent device for prestressed pipeline grouting, integrating vacuum negative pressure technology and intelligent control. The entire machine complies with the technical requirements for highway new bridges and the railway standard TB/T3192-2018 Technical Conditions for Grouting of Post‑tensioned Prestressed Concrete Beam Pipelines in Railways.

Technical Parameters

1. Automatic grouting (high‑speed mixing) trolley
Equipped with automatic feeding, metering, pressure maintaining and LCD display. Mixing speed 1440 rpm, blade linear speed <15 m/s, weighing accuracy ±0.4% (exceeds railway standard ±1%). Records each mixing data; historical data retrievable. Measuring unit accurate to two decimal places.

Working procedure: Auto water filling to 100% (adjustable) → high‑speed mixing runs → automatically add grouting agent and cement → mix for 2 min → discharge to storage tank with mixing function. Manual mode also available for complete or step‑by‑step operation. Max mixing capacity 350 kg.

2. Vacuum system
Extracts air before grouting. Max vacuum degree -0.097 MPa (exceeds railway standard -0.092 MPa). Removes air and water, avoids bubbles and cavities, ensures grouting quality.

3. Grouting machine
Continuous mode, no pressure fluctuation, no bubbles. Theoretical output 3 m³/h. Optional electric or manual pressure maintaining (tank). With DYL90 speed‑regulating grouting pump: stepless pressure regulation and holding, freely adjustable range, stable pressure gauge reading (range 2.5 MPa).

Applications

The equipment features a compact structure and flexible mobility (wheeled design), adapting to complex outdoor engineering environments. It is mainly used for prestressed pipeline grouting in highways, intercity railways, large‑scale bridges, as well as foundation reinforcement and crack repair. Particularly suitable for projects with high requirements on slurry uniformity and strength.
