Product Introduction

The XQV PC Strand Bracket is a specially engineered component designed to position and support prestressing steel strands (PC strands) during both construction and service life. Its precise structural design – featuring dedicated through-holes or clamping slots – accurately restrains strands, preventing any lateral or longitudinal displacement under tension or concrete pouring.

In prestressed concrete structures, steel strands bear extremely high tensile forces. The strand bracket ensures rational stress transfer between the steel strands and the surrounding concrete, effectively generating pre-compression in the concrete. This significantly enhances the structural load-bearing capacity, crack resistance, and long-term durability of bridge girders, building slabs, and other prestressed members.

Manufactured from engineering-grade PE (Polyethylene) with excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, XQV strand brackets are ideal for aggressive environments such as bridge decks, marine structures, and underground parking garages.
