Product Introduction

The XQV plastic corrugated duct can be divided into flat duct and circular duct, and is used in post‑tensioned prestressed concrete structures as a hole‑forming duct for prestressing tendons. Made from HDPE or PP, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, good physical performance, non‑conductivity (preventing stray current corrosion), and superior sealing. It does not rust, remains stable under load, and features high strength, large rigidity, and good impact resistance – not afraid of stepping or pressing. The smooth inner wall reduces friction loss during tensioning, improving prestressing efficiency.

Circular ducts are designed to meet prestressed tendon tensioning mechanics. With uniform stiffness, the compressive strength ≥80 MPa (for 100 mm diameter), they withstand concrete pouring vibration without deformation or grout leakage. The lightweight design (e.g., φ70 mm pipe weighs only 0.8 kg/m, about 1/4 of metal pipe weight) makes handling and hoisting easy. Flexible connections (hot‑melt socket or butt welding) pass 0.02 MPa water test leak‑free, and plastic fittings (joints, tees) install 50% faster than metal equivalents.
