Product Introduction

The XQV Wedge is a key component of prestressed anchorages, mainly used for anchoring prestressed tendons, such as steel strands of YJM15, YJM13 and other series. By cooperating with the anchor plate, it transfers the tensile force of the prestressed tendons to the concrete structure to achieve the application of prestress to the structure.

According to different structures and uses, it is divided into working grips and tool grips. The working grip remains permanently in the anchorage to anchor the prestressed tendons; the tool grip is temporarily used during the tensioning process to fix the steel strand to the tensioning equipment, and can be removed for repeated use after tensioning is completed.
