Product Introduction

XQV YJM15 Series D/R/P type Anchorages is composed of extruding sleeve, extruding spring, P type anchor head, spiral reinforcement, limit ring, corrugated pipe, and prestressing steel strand. It is mainly used in the dead end of post-tensioning prestressing elements. The extruding anchor is made of extruding sleeve, extruding spring and PC strand via a special GYJ Extruder, with an anchorage efficiency coefficient of more than 0.95 (ηa ≥ 95%). The P-type dead end anchor is designed for permanent embedment in concrete, providing reliable fixed-end termination without tensioning operations on site.

The XQV YJM15 Dead End P-Type Anchor is specifically designed for fixed-end (dead end) termination in post-tensioned concrete structures where tensioning is not required on site. It is widely used in the following fields:

Precast Concrete Beams & Slabs: Embedded as the permanent dead end in precast bridge beams, hollow-core slabs, and solid slabs. The extruding sleeve assembly ensures reliable strand fixation without on-site tensioning.

Post-Tensioned Bridge Construction: Used in segmental box girders, bridge deck continuity tendons, and diaphragm anchor zones. The P-type anchor provides compact fixed-end termination in confined spaces.
